I move amendment No. 34:

In page 14, between lines 23 and 24, to insert the following:“ ‘school year’, in relation to a school, means the period commencing on the day the school reopens for tuition after the school’s summer holidays and ending on the last day in the following year that the school is open for tuition before the commencement of the school’s summer holidays for that year;”.
