I move amendment No. 3:

In page 3, lines 16 to 18, to delete all words from and including "the" where it secondly occurs in line 16 down to and including "2004," in line 18 and substitute the following:"the Education (Welfare) Act 2000, the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 and the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007,".

Amendment No. 3 is a proofing amendment to ensure that the Long Title reflects the fact that the Bill repeals sections 4 and 6 of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007. The reference to that Act was inadvertently not included in the original Long Title of the Bill.
