The criminal law (sexual offences) Bill is promised legislation, the purpose of which is to provide for presumptive minimum sentences for repeat sexual offenders. The pre-legislative scrutiny, PLS, has not been determined yet. Is it possible to give some indication as to when that might be completed and when the Bill would come before the House?
