We have been here all evening, both myself and the Deputies who have been in the House, so I ask those who have come in for the vote to offer the courtesy of listening, please. Deputy Catherine Murphy made a proposal under Standing Order 68. Standing Order 68 gives the right to any Deputy to propose that the question be put. After that, there is no debate. This is exactly what I am doing. The question is, "That the question on amendment No. 4 be now put." A division on that question has been claimed. I have asked the Deputies who have claimed the division to stand in their places.
