I move amendment No. 3:

In page 42, after line 9, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 3 of Mediation Act 2017

54. Section 3(1) of the Mediation Act 2017 is amended by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (h):

“(h) proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act 2018;”.”.
