To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment the status of the roll-out of the national broadband plan; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that businesses, students and public services in counties Cavan and Monaghan have been negatively impacted due to poor access to high-speed internet in many areas.
