Not agreed. The Taoiseach knows that today's London edition of The Timescontains an article concerning a leaked internal EU memorandum written by EU officials about the backstop arrangement that the Taoiseach described in December as "cast-iron". That memorandum casts doubt on the viability of the backstop arrangement.
