Before proceeding with business, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann to offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to his excellency, Mr. Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Co-ordinating Minister for National Security in Singapore. The Deputy Prime Minister is accompanied by members of parliament and senior officials from Singapore as well as by the ambassador of Singapore. He is very welcome to Dáil Éireann and I hope he finds his visit useful and to our mutual benefit. Bualadh bos le do thoil.
