To ask the Minister for Health when additional funding will be provided to the HSE and section 39 organisations to enable them meet pay restoration commitments as per the Labour Court recommendation of 20 November 2017; the amount of funding to be provided; the timeframe for the provision of these additional funds; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
