In page 49, between lines 15 and 16, to insert the following:"Amendment of section 176A (application for screening for environmental impact assessment) of Principal Act

16. Section 176A of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (7)(a) by deleting "together with any fee received from the applicant,"."
