I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:(i) Planning and Development (Amendment) Regulations 2018,

(ii) Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018,

and

(iii) Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2018,copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 13th December, 2017, be referred to the Joint Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 25th January, 2018, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.”
