To ask the Minister for Finance when the working group on the cost of motor insurance last met; the number of times it has met to date in 2017; the number of the report's 71 actions that have been implemented in full to date; the number that will be implemented in full by the end of 2017; the timeframe for all the actions to have been implemented in full; if reductions in motor insurance policies have been achieved following a number of years of excessive premium increases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
