To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport his views on whether the tendering process conducted by the National Transport Authority, NTA, for bus routes will help improve public transport and encourage persons to switch from private car transport; his further views on whether the tendering process will ensure there is not a race to the bottom in terms of workers pay and conditions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
