I move amendment No. 5:

In page 11, after line 33, to insert the following:“8. The Minister shall, within 6 months of the passing of this Act, prepare and lay before the Oireachtas a report examining increasing the benefit in kind from 1 year to 5 years, to those who purchase electric cars through work.”.
