The Deputy's leader raised the matter and gave a series of files to Deputy Enda Kenny when Ms D was not satisfied with the way a criminal charge had been investigated. The independent review mechanism, IRM, had investigated this and therefore I would have been aware of it at that time. It was being appropriately handled. I have never discussed the details of the 300 cases before the IRM and I do not intend to now.
