I referred to the Qalifications and Quality Assurance (Smendment) Bill. The Tánaiste will remember that when she was Minister for Justice and Equality, I was Minister for Education and Skills. We did a lot of work together on bogus English language schools, the importance of rooting out the bogus schools and dealing with the exploitation of young people who had come from other countries to learn English in Ireland. The Minister for Education and Skills might want to address this issue. The joint committee has decided not to carry out pre-legislative scrutiny of the Bill. When will it be brought before the House?
