I move amendment No. 8:

In page 20, between lines 11 and 12, to insert the following:" "major harm" means a permanent lessening of bodily, sensory, motor, physiological or intellectual functions, including removal of the wrong limb or organ, that is related directly to a safety incident and not related to the natural course of the patient’s illness or underlying condition;".
