To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when the budget 2012 changes to pension contribution bands will be reverted back to four bands as per pre-2012; when repayments will be made to those persons adversely affected by these changes since September 2012 and to date in 2017 in view of the recent passing of a Fianna Fáil motion on correcting pension inequities; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
