The programme for Government contains specific commitments regarding promoting and protecting the well-being of children in this country. However, a building acquired some time ago in Carrick-on-Shannon has been awaiting redevelopment by Tusla for a very long period of time. What is the update? I was given a commitment that this work would start in September and I think it is vitally important that this work starts as a matter of urgency.
