I would like to have heard more from the Minister of State, Deputy English. In view of the housing crisis the country is facing, for the Minister of State to have had approximately two minutes and 45 seconds to give his thoughts on the budget is very unfortunate. Perhaps more time could be given to him in later debates because not enough has been allowed. The Minister of State has important things to say and they need to be debated.
