To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment his views on whether he has sufficient control of the tender process of the national broadband plan to ensure that each household will have high speed broadband; if the date for completion will not be excessively delayed; if the cost to the State will not be excessive; and his views on whether there will be potential legal difficulties.
