I move amendment No. 30:
In page 26, to delete lines 26 to 30 and substitute the following:"Amendment of section 6 of Criminal Law (Rape) Act 1981
25.Section 6 of the Criminal Law (Rape) Act 1981 is amended—(a) by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (3):"(3) Subsections (1) and (2) are without prejudice to the right of—(a) a parent, relative or friend of the complainant or, where the accused is not of full age, of the accused, and
(b) a support worker chosen by the complainant, to remain in court.".".
