Many months ago, Kerry Co-op shareholders got savage bills from the Revenue Commissioners. Subsequently the Revenue Commissioners came before the Oireachtas agriculture committee and gave an undertaking to facilitate a test case. The shareholders are ready and have a client ready to go forward for a test case but the Revenue Commissioners are stalling the deal and they are not responding or facilitating the case. Will the Taoiseach ask the Revenue Commissioners what is wrong and respond to the members or the Oireachtas committee as to what is the delay?
