I feel bad that people such as the Minister of State, Deputy Moran, is taking the criticism on his behalf. The Minister, Deputy Ross, should be here to take it. I would love to tell him to his face about the child he is letting down, the dwarf children, the child with the medical card and about homelessness because he does not want to hear the real facts. Guess who is in the bubble in Dáil Éireann? It is the Minister, Deputy Ross.
