The Minister of State mentioned supports for businesses. The InterTradeIreland business monitor report found that 98% of firms, on either side of the Border, are still not making plans for Brexit. It was reported in Britain yesterday that EU citizens living in Britain would have to join a special ID register. Would this include Irish people living in Britain?
