To ask the Minister for Social Protection his plans to amend the JobPath rules to allow for referral of eligible persons to community employment schemes; his further plans to reduce the barriers limiting the number of eligible persons applying for community employment schemes; and the criteria used to determine if a person is eligible at 21 years of age or if the case officer has complete discretion.
