To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government the way in which his new landbank plan will ensure there will be a significant dividend for social housing and affordable housing; and his plans to address concerns that there are no mechanisms in place to ensure that, following the disposal of public sites for private developments, funds will be reinvested in social housing elsewhere.
