To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government his plans to reintroduce affordable housing schemes of the type suspended in 2012 for owner-occupiers and or renters rather than providing public land subsidies to developers to provide cheaper housing to home buyers, as proposed in the landbank initiative.
