I move amendment No. 4:

In page 6, between lines 12 and 13, to insert the following:“8. The Act of 1997 is amended in section 6D by the insertion of “subject to the condition that all contracts for the performance of monitoring duties entered into with private providers by the Government after the commencement date of this Act shall stipulate that such activities shall be performed on a non-commercial, not-for-profit basis.” after “mentioned in subparagraph (i) or (iv) of section 6(1)(b) or in section 6B(1)(ii)”.”.
