To ask the Taoiseach if he will report on the breakdown in talks in Northern Ireland; if he has spoken to the British Prime Minister, Theresa May, regarding same; if this deadlock will be overcome; his views on the fact that emergency powers are now allowing senior civil servants take control over Stormont's finances; and the way he envisages that concerns for Northern Ireland following the instigation of Article 50 will be addressed.
