To ask the Minister for Finance if NAMA is contributing adequately to the social and economic development of the State in accordance with its statutory duty under the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009; if so, the way it is doing so; the consideration that has been given to include obligations on the purchaser to build homes as a measure to alleviate the housing crisis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
