To ask the Minister for Finance if his Department has held discussions recently with the NTMA in relation to the national debt repayments which will fall due in 2018 to 2020; his views on the fact that a quarter of Ireland's national debt is due for refinancing in that period; the way this will impact the fiscal position; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
