In her speech on 9 March last the Minister indicated that she would publish the second interim report of the Commission of Inquiry into Mother and Baby Homes by the end of the month, which is this Friday. Is there a proposal to establish a redress scheme and information for people who may have been very disturbed by the fact that they may have a personal connection with a mother and baby home?
