I move amendment No. 20:

In page 46, between lines 10 and 11, to insert the following:“(2) Subsection (1), in so far as it relates to subsection (2)(a)(iii) of section 1274 of the Principal Act, shall come into operation on 1 January 2022 for any financial year which commences on or after that date.".
