These things are common and have been part of European planning rules and regulation for 50 years. I know we are an exceptional country in the sense that it rains for 200 days in the west, although perhaps not so much in Dublin. It is quite possible for Deputy Boyd Barrett to harvest the water out in that sophisticated part of County Dublin where he lives.
