To ask the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the status of the investigations into ten cases of bullying and sexual harassment by members of the Defence Forces that have been reported in the past two years; his views on claims by the soldiers' representative groups that the actual numbers of complaints could be much higher; and the efforts that have been made to put in place better procedures and protocols that will reduce the amount of time it takes to investigate a complaint.
