Consider Our Lady's Hospital, Navan, for example. It is the Minister's policy that the endoscopy theatre at the hospital is closed every Friday. It is the Minister's policy that the general surgery theatre at Our Lady's Hospital, Navan, is closed every Monday. It is the Minister's policy that there is a critical cap on orthopaedic surgery in Our Lady's Hospital, Navan on an annual basis. It is the Minister's policy that certain surgeons can only carry out five days of surgery over the five winter months-----
