It was in the programme for Government that this facility would open. Is the Government responsible for health or not? The HSE promised that it would open this year. Last week,The Kerrymanreported that it will not open this year. Where is the funding going for health or what is happening at all? If this 40-bed unit is not opened this year, will it be knocked down? Will it be sold? What will be done with it?
