To ask the Minister for Finance his views on whether industry may no longer be in a position to plan ahead with certainty if the Revenue Commissioners can review decisions already taken and change the tax interpretations on these decisions and implement changes retrospectively, such as seems to be the case with patronage shares of a company (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
