I move amendment No. 110:

In page 42, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following:

“Publication of certain statistics by Board

42. The Act of 2004 is amended by inserting the following new section after section 114:“114A.The Board shall publish statistics, including average waiting times and such other statistics as may be prescribed, in relation to the performance of its functions under section 151(1)(a) in respect of each successive period of 3 months in every calendar year.”.”.
