Amendments Nos. 5 and 6 are physical alternatives to No. 4; amendment No. 11 is a physical alternative to No. 10; amendments Nos. 15 and 16 are physical alternatives to No. 14; No. 20 is a physical alternative to 19; No. 30 a physical alternative to 29.
