Its members say they will consider withdrawing from State-sponsored schemes and are advising landlords and their members to impose service charges, registration fees, car park fees, letting costs, documentation costs, call-out costs, sinking funds contributions and issues relating to local property tax. Will the Minister confirm to the House that he is aware of that? Will he instruct the Competition Authority to rule on it or is it advisable that he would meet with them as soon as possible to invite them into the process he has brought forward regarding landlords and taxation matters and a consultation period with regard to provisions that may be brought forward in the budget next year on foot of representations that were made during the course of the consultation process before his rental strategy was agreed. I am sure he had representations from many people other than ourselves, despite the fact he did not have one from the Social Democrats. The Minister might inform the House how he wishes to respond to that considering the seriousness of the matter and the fears mentioned by Deputy Byrne and others during the course of this morning's discussions.
