Before proceeding, I should point out that eight more Members wish to contribute. It is most important that everybody gets an opportunity to contribute, but there are 116 more amendments or groups of amendments to be considered. We must be conscious of the time available today, the job of work to be done and whether there will be a need to return on Monday to consider matters further.
