To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government the number of houses that have been acquired and purchased by Galway City Council in each year from 2011 to date in 2016; the number of houses that have been constructed by the city council for each of those years; the number that are under construction; the number of houses that will be completed by the end of 2016 and by the end of 2017; the number that are planned for construction by the city council in 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
