To ask the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence if the representative from his department who attended the informal meeting of European Union Defence Ministers in Bratislava on 26 September 2016 had any discussions with the Secretary General of NATO, who was also in attendance, regarding Ireland's neutrality not being compromised by accelerated EU-NATO co-operation; and if he will provide details of the discussions that took place at that meeting.
