To ask the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence if, in view of indications that the Garda Representative Association and the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors will have statutory access to the same statutory industrial relations fora as other trade unions, his Department will extend these same rights to PDFORRA and RACO.
