To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the discussions he has had in the past six months with his British counterpart and the relevant Ministers in Northern Ireland on the treatment of segregated prisoners in Maghaberry Prison; the reason for the delay, in particular, in the process involving the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent in setting up a prison forum to deal with issues; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
