When does the Government propose to bring forward the legislation relating to the right of people who have been adopted in Ireland to trace their birth families, which was published during the term of the last Government? The Minister for Children and Youth Affairs indicated at the start of this Government's term that she would soon do so. What progress, if any, has been made on it?
