Is the Minister in a position to advise the House of what number of cases in respect of state aid in the taxation context are under active consideration within the European Commission? Is he aware of any case that has been referred and is currently suspended for further consideration pending the outcome of separate actions by other interests in other member states that may or may not influence the consideration of these Irish-based situations?
