In accordance with the order of the House, we will proceed to 30 minutes of questions and answers. I respectfully suggest that those putting the questions should take one minute, with a minute and a half or less for the Minister. We could, therefore, have 12 questions, as otherwise might only have a few. Is that agreed? Agreed.
